Helen Doron English Print Ads and Poster
concept, copy
Helen Doron English Germany asked us to create concepts for printed flyers to leave at local supermarkets and community centers. We decided to promote two concepts using an eye-catching, round format. Although we offered these flyers in English, the vast majority were ordered with a German translation.
Highlighting early language acquisition
The first flyer featured a sponge image with a catchy headline that might make a parent curious to read more. We wanted to call attention to the fact that the earlier a child is introduced to a language, the more natural it comes to them. The flyer encourages parents not to wait until the 4th grade when most kids in Germany start learning English in school.

English is essential
The second concept showed a soccerball and spoke to the idea that no matter what interests a child may have, English is the perfect supplement. English is spoken all over the world, which cannot be said of German. Success at a higher level of just about any endeavor will be easier and more fruitful if accompanied by English knowledge.
These two flyers remain very popular with the Learning Centres all over Germany.
I was asked to create a series of posters using photos from a photoshoot. Therefore, I had to be creative enough to come up with concepts that matched pre-existing imagery.
This was one of the posters that I created that was very popular in English, as well as in the German translation.
