Marfa, TX is an ecclectic mix of artists and cowboys. Fitting into this picture is Marfa Meats, a local meat producer. For their website, we needed to develop a brand voice with just the right mix of usefulness and oddball character to match its location. Some cuts offered by Marfa Meats aren’t the usual neighborhood grocery fare; therefore, a bit of extra information was often needed as to what the cut was about and how to prepare it.
